目的：充分发挥社区护士在养老保障体系建设过程中的作用。方法：回顾性分析社区护士在2010-2013年杨宋镇敬老院的“医养结合”模式下所做的工作。结果：社区护士在医养结合的养老院中所承担的角色为管理者与协调者、心理疏导者、生活护理者、健康指导者、慢病管理者、康复指导者、用药安全指导者等多种角色。结论：社区护士在医养结合的养老机构中有着不可替代的作用。
目的：充分髮揮社區護士在養老保障體繫建設過程中的作用。方法：迴顧性分析社區護士在2010-2013年楊宋鎮敬老院的“醫養結閤”模式下所做的工作。結果：社區護士在醫養結閤的養老院中所承擔的角色為管理者與協調者、心理疏導者、生活護理者、健康指導者、慢病管理者、康複指導者、用藥安全指導者等多種角色。結論：社區護士在醫養結閤的養老機構中有著不可替代的作用。
목적：충분발휘사구호사재양로보장체계건설과정중적작용。방법：회고성분석사구호사재2010-2013년양송진경로원적“의양결합”모식하소주적공작。결과：사구호사재의양결합적양로원중소승담적각색위관리자여협조자、심리소도자、생활호리자、건강지도자、만병관리자、강복지도자、용약안전지도자등다충각색。결론：사구호사재의양결합적양로궤구중유착불가체대적작용。
Objective:To give full play to the role of community nurses in the old-age security system construction function. Methods:We retrospective analyzed the work of community nurses in the homes for the elderly in Yangsong town at the"medicine raise"mode in 2010-2013.Results:The community nurses in the homes for the elderly took the role as manager and coordinator, psychological counseling,life care,health guidance,chronic disease management,rehabilitation guidance,medication safety instructor and other roles.Conclusion:There is an irreplaceable role of community nurses in medical institutions of pension.
