在开展“优质护理服务示范工程”活动中，以“夯实基础护理，提供满意服务”为主题，以全面质量管理为基础，以健全的质量保证体系为核心，积极探索护理管理模式、临床护理模式、护士分层次使用、绩效考核与激励机制等，制订了活动实施方案，并加以落实。

재개전“우질호리복무시범공정”활동중，이“항실기출호리，제공만의복무”위주제，이전면질량관리위기출，이건전적질량보증체계위핵심，적겁탐색호리관리모식、림상호리모식、호사분층차사용、적효고핵여격려궤제등，제정료활동실시방안，병가이락실。
In the development of "high quality nursing demonstration project" activity,the theme is "strengthen the basic nursing, provide satisfactory service";the basis is total quality management;the centre is the sound quality assurance system.We actively explore nursing management mode,clinical nursing mode,nurse stratified use,performance assessment and incentive mechanism and so on.We formulate the implementation plan and implement them.
