目的:总结颈椎外伤的CT诊断经验,进一步提高CT的正确诊断率。方法:2010年2月-2013年4月收治颈椎外伤患者20例,所有患者均进行CT扫描检查,患者仰卧位,层厚2 mm,间隔2 mm,矩阵256×256,8例患者摄颈部正侧位片。结果:20例中,C1~2滑脱骨折5例,并伴有C1和/或C2骨折,5例不同程度脊髓受伤,累及C4~6椎体5例,发生椎体或椎弓骨折,部分伴有椎间盘突出,其中2例C5椎体压缩骨折,累及C3~42例,C6~71例伴有椎间盘突出及椎管狭窄。结论:CT 是诊断颈椎外伤的重要方法,而且具有图像清晰、损伤部位定位准确、可重复性强等优点,值得临床推广。

목적:총결경추외상적CT진단경험,진일보제고CT적정학진단솔。방법:2010년2월-2013년4월수치경추외상환자20례,소유환자균진행CT소묘검사,환자앙와위,층후2 mm,간격2 mm,구진256×256,8례환자섭경부정측위편。결과:20례중,C1~2활탈골절5례,병반유C1화/혹C2골절,5례불동정도척수수상,루급C4~6추체5례,발생추체혹추궁골절,부분반유추간반돌출,기중2례C5추체압축골절,루급C3~42례,C6~71례반유추간반돌출급추관협착。결론:CT 시진단경추외상적중요방법,이차구유도상청석、손상부위정위준학、가중복성강등우점,치득림상추엄。
Objective:To summarize the CT diagnosis experience of cervical trauma,to further improve the correct diagnostic rate of CT.Methods:20 cases with cervical trauma were selected from February 2010 to April 2013.All patients underwent CT scan,the supine position,thickness 2 mm,interval 2 mm,matrix 256×256.8 cases were taken the neck side position piece.Results:In 20 cases,5 cases had C1~2 decollement fracture,and associated with C1 and(or) C2 fractures;5 cases had different degree of spinal cord injury;5 cases were involved with C4~6 cervical vertebral,with vertebrae or fracture of vertebral arch,part with protrusion of intervertebral disc,and 2 cases had C5 vertebral compression fractures;2 cases were involving the C3~4;1 case was C6~7 with cervical intervertebral disc herniation and spinal stenosis.Conclusion:CT is an important method in diagnosis of cervical trauma, but also has many advantages,such as clear image,damage location accurate,repeatable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
