目的：探讨透明质酸酶用于治疗新生儿静注葡萄糖酸钙外渗的效果。方法：选择30例静注葡萄糖酸钙外渗新生儿患儿，拔针后按压穿刺点至无出血，用透明质酸酶以15 U/ml 的浓度给予外渗部位局部封闭，并适当抬高局部。结果：经透明质酸酶封闭后，肿胀均在2～24 h消退。其中8例局部皮肤呈暗红色改变的患儿3～5 d皮肤颜色逐渐恢复正常；5例表皮破溃患儿患处结痂，1周后脱落；1例渗出时间＞8 h，局部发生了坏死。结论：透明质酸酶药价低廉，操作简单易行，效果确切，值得在临床上推广应用。
目的：探討透明質痠酶用于治療新生兒靜註葡萄糖痠鈣外滲的效果。方法：選擇30例靜註葡萄糖痠鈣外滲新生兒患兒，拔針後按壓穿刺點至無齣血，用透明質痠酶以15 U/ml 的濃度給予外滲部位跼部封閉，併適噹抬高跼部。結果：經透明質痠酶封閉後，腫脹均在2～24 h消退。其中8例跼部皮膚呈暗紅色改變的患兒3～5 d皮膚顏色逐漸恢複正常；5例錶皮破潰患兒患處結痂，1週後脫落；1例滲齣時間＞8 h，跼部髮生瞭壞死。結論：透明質痠酶藥價低廉，操作簡單易行，效果確切，值得在臨床上推廣應用。
목적：탐토투명질산매용우치료신생인정주포도당산개외삼적효과。방법：선택30례정주포도당산개외삼신생인환인，발침후안압천자점지무출혈，용투명질산매이15 U/ml 적농도급여외삼부위국부봉폐，병괄당태고국부。결과：경투명질산매봉폐후，종창균재2～24 h소퇴。기중8례국부피부정암홍색개변적환인3～5 d피부안색축점회복정상；5례표피파궤환인환처결가，1주후탈락；1례삼출시간＞8 h，국부발생료배사。결론：투명질산매약개저렴，조작간단역행，효과학절，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyaluronic acid enzyme used in the treatment of neonatal intravenous calcium gluconate extravasation.Methods:30 cases of neonatal intravenous calcium gluconate extravasation were selected.We pressed puncture point till no bleeding after pulling out the needle,and we used the hyaluronidase in 15 U/ml concentration to the extravasation site partial closure,and raised the local appropriately.Results:After the hyaluronidase closed,the swelling subside was in 2~24 hours.The local skin of 8 cases was dark red,and the skin color gradually returned to normal in 3~5 days.The skin ulceration of 5 cases were affected scab, and after 1 weeks off.The exudation time of 1 cases was more than 8 hours,and the local occurred necrosis.Conclusion:The hyaluronidase has low price,simple operation and effective effect,so it is worthy of clinical application.
