目的：观察2.8mm切口白内障手法碎核乳化摘除术后立即开放滴眼的临床效果。方法：收治白内障患者110眼，行2.8mm切口白内障手法碎核乳化摘除术，分为开放滴眼组和对照组各55眼，开放滴眼组术后立即在结膜囊内涂典必殊眼膏，不给予纱布包扎，术后2h开始使用典必殊滴眼液滴眼。对照组术后涂典必殊眼膏包眼，24h后接受检查。结果：开放滴眼组与对照组术后视力、角膜水肿、前房反应两组比较差异无统计学意义；眼睑肿胀、球结膜水肿及患者感受两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：白内障手法碎核乳化摘除术后立即开放滴眼是安全可行的，有利于患者尽早恢复视力，提高生存质量。
목적：관찰2.8mm절구백내장수법쇄핵유화적제술후립즉개방적안적림상효과。방법：수치백내장환자110안，행2.8mm절구백내장수법쇄핵유화적제술，분위개방적안조화대조조각55안，개방적안조술후립즉재결막낭내도전필수안고，불급여사포포찰，술후2h개시사용전필수적안액적안。대조조술후도전필수안고포안，24h후접수검사。결과：개방적안조여대조조술후시력、각막수종、전방반응량조비교차이무통계학의의；안검종창、구결막수종급환자감수량조비교차이유통계학의의。결론：백내장수법쇄핵유화적제술후립즉개방적안시안전가행적，유리우환자진조회복시력，제고생존질량。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the immediate opening of the eye drops after 2.8 mm incision manual nucleofragmentation phacoemulsification.Methods:110 eyes of cataract patients were selected,who underwent the immediate opening of the eye drops after 2.8 mm incision manual nucleofragmentation phacoemulsification.They were divided into the open eye drops group and the control group with 55 eyes in each.After operation,open eye drops group was immediately given tobraDex ointment in conjunctival sac.It did not give gauze bandage,2 hours after the operation,the patient was treated with tobraDex eyedrops.After the operation,the control group were given tobraDex ointment bag.After 24 hours,the control group were examined. Results:The postoperative visual acuity, corneal edema,anterior chamber reaction of the two groups had no obvious differences;eyelid edema,conjunctival edema and patients feel of the two groups had obvious differences.Conclusion:The immediate opening of the eye drops after 2.8 mm incision manual nucleofragmentation phacoemulsification is safe and feasible.It is beneficial to patients as soon as possible to restore vision.It can improve the quality of life.
