目的：评价重组人血小板生成素(rhTPO)治疗老年原发免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(Immune thrombocytopenia， ITP)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：2010年1月-2014年1月收治ITP患者33例，采用rhTPO治疗，15000 U/d，皮下注射，连用7～14 d，血小板＞100×109/L即停药，观察14 d并进行分析和评估。结果：经rhTPO治疗后血小板计数最高值平均(121±72)×109/L，停药后血小板缓慢下降，治疗后第28 d血小板计数平均(79±41)×109/L，但仍显著高于治疗前血小板计数(15±8)×109/L(P＜0.01)。总有效率81.6%。结论：rhTPO治疗老年ITP疗效佳，不良反应轻。

목적：평개중조인혈소판생성소(rhTPO)치료노년원발면역성혈소판감소성자전(Immune thrombocytopenia， ITP)적림상료효화불량반응。방법：2010년1월-2014년1월수치ITP환자33례，채용rhTPO치료，15000 U/d，피하주사，련용7～14 d，혈소판＞100×109/L즉정약，관찰14 d병진행분석화평고。결과：경rhTPO치료후혈소판계수최고치평균(121±72)×109/L，정약후혈소판완만하강，치료후제28 d혈소판계수평균(79±41)×109/L，단잉현저고우치료전혈소판계수(15±8)×109/L(P＜0.01)。총유효솔81.6%。결론：rhTPO치료노년ITP료효가，불량반응경。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of recombinant human thrombopoietin(rhTPO) in the treatment of elderly patients with primary immune thrombocytopenic purpura(immune thrombocytopenia,ITP).Methods:33 cases of ITP were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.They were treated with rhTPO 15000 U/day,subcutaneous injection,for 7~14 days.They stopped taking the drug when the platelet was more than 100×109/L.Then we observated for 14 days,analyzed and evaluated the result.Results:After the treatment with rhTPO,the average value of highest platelet count(121±72)×109/L.The platelet decreased slowly after discontinuation of treatment.Twenty-eighth days of the treatment platelet count mean(79±41)× 109/L,but blood platelet count was still significantly higher than that before the treatment(15 ± 8) × 109/L(P<0.01).The total efficiency was 81.6%.Conclusion:The rhTPO treated on elderly ITP can achieve good effect,and the adverse reaction was light.
