目的：探讨小切口白内障手术两种切口术后对视力及角膜散光的影响。方法：2013年3月-2014年1月收治白内障患者56例(共59眼)，其中左眼33只(55.9%)，右眼26只(44.1%)，随机分成上方透明角膜隧道切口组和颞侧透明角膜隧道切口组，各28例。其中上方透明角膜隧道切口组男17例，女11例；颞侧透明角膜隧道切口组男16例，女12例，各采用相应的手术切口进行处理。结果：两组在术前视力及角膜散光评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，颞侧透明角膜隧道切口术明显优于上方透明角膜隧道切口术。结论：颞侧透明角膜隧道切口术应在小切口白内障手术中作为首选的切口方式。

목적：탐토소절구백내장수술량충절구술후대시력급각막산광적영향。방법：2013년3월-2014년1월수치백내장환자56례(공59안)，기중좌안33지(55.9%)，우안26지(44.1%)，수궤분성상방투명각막수도절구조화섭측투명각막수도절구조，각28례。기중상방투명각막수도절구조남17례，녀11례；섭측투명각막수도절구조남16례，녀12례，각채용상응적수술절구진행처리。결과：량조재술전시력급각막산광평분비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，술후1주、술후3개월、술후6개월비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，섭측투명각막수도절구술명현우우상방투명각막수도절구술。결론：섭측투명각막수도절구술응재소절구백내장수술중작위수선적절구방식。
Objective:To investigate the different impact on the vision and corneal astigmatism of two kinds of incisions in small incision cataract operation.Methods:56 cases with cataract(59 eyes) were selected from March 2013 to January 2014,in which 33 left eyes(55.9%),26 right eyes(44.1%).They were randomly divided into the upper transparent corneal tunnel incision group and the temporal clear corneal tunnel incision group with 28 cases in each.Among the top clear corneal tunnel incision group,17 cases were male,and 11 cases were female.In the temporal clear corneal tunnel incision group,16 cases were male,and 12 cases were female.All cases adopt the corresponding processing operation incision.Results:there were no significant difference in the score of preoperative visual acuity and astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant between 1 weeks after operation,3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Temporal clear corneal tunnel incision was better than the above transparent corneal tunnel incision.Conclusion:Temporal clear corneal tunnel incision should be presented as the first choice in small incision cataract operation.
