目的：评价氨基葡萄糖胶囊复合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎的临床效果。方法：2009年3月-2012年3月收治退行性膝关节炎患者200例，采用口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗，2次/d，750 mg/次，配合臭氧膝关节注射，1次/周，4周1个疗程。经过3个疗程治疗后，评价治疗效果。结果：200例患者中，治疗效果优162例(81%)，良34例(17%)，差4例(2%)，总有效率98%。结论：盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎疗效肯定。
목적：평개안기포도당효낭복합취양주사치료슬관절염적림상효과。방법：2009년3월-2012년3월수치퇴행성슬관절염환자200례，채용구복안기포도당효낭치료，2차/d，750 mg/차，배합취양슬관절주사，1차/주，4주1개료정。경과3개료정치료후，평개치료효과。결과：200례환자중，치료효과우162례(81%)，량34례(17%)，차4례(2%)，총유효솔98%。결론：염산안기포도당효낭배합취양주사치료슬관절염료효긍정。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules compound with ozone injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:200 cases with degenerative arthritis of the knee were selected from March 2009 to March 2012.They were treated with oral glucosamine capsules,2 times/day,750 mg/time,with the knee joint injection of ozone,1 time/week,for 4 weeks as 1 course.After 3 courses of treatment,we evaluated the effect of treatment.Results:In 200 cases,162 cases(81%) were excellent;34 cases(17%) were good;4 cases(2%) were poor;he total efficiency was 98%.Conclusion:The curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules compound with ozone injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee is significant.
