目的：研究和探讨布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇混悬液应用于儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法：2013年4月-2014年4月收治喘息性支气管炎患儿64例，将其平均分为观察组和对照组，各32例。观察组予以布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇混悬液治疗，对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗，对两组用药后临床症状消失时间及患儿家属满意度进行观察和统计。结果：观察组用药后临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组家属满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇混悬液应用于儿童喘息性支气管炎临床治疗中的效果显著，有效缓解了患儿的临床症状，值得推广。
목적：연구화탐토포지내덕혼현액연합사정알순혼현액응용우인동천식성지기관염적림상효과。방법：2013년4월-2014년4월수치천식성지기관염환인64례，장기평균분위관찰조화대조조，각32례。관찰조여이포지내덕혼현액연합사정알순혼현액치료，대조조여이아기매소치료，대량조용약후림상증상소실시간급환인가속만의도진행관찰화통계。결과：관찰조용약후림상증상소실시간명현단우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조가속만의도명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：포지내덕혼현액연합사정알순혼현액응용우인동천식성지기관염림상치료중적효과현저，유효완해료환인적림상증상，치득추엄。
Objective:To study and explore the clinical effect of budesonide suspension combined with albuterol mixed suspension in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:64 children with asthmatic bronchitis were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each.The observation group were given budesonide suspension combined with albuterol mixed suspension treatment.The control group were given azithromycin treatment.The clinical symptoms disappear times after the medication and the satisfactions of families of children in the two groups were observed and statistics.Results:The clinical symptoms disappear time after the medication of children of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of families of children of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The budesonide suspension combined with albuterol mixed suspension in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis has significant effect.It effectively relieves the clinical symptoms of children.It is worthy of promotion.
