目的：分析胺碘酮在慢性心衰合并心律失常中的应用。方法：2012-2013年收治慢性心衰合并心律失常患者50例，采取随机分组方式分为试验组与对照组，各25例，试验组在采取综合抗心衰治疗的基础上进行胺碘酮治疗，对照组只采取综合抗心衰治疗。结果：①心律失常治疗：试验组显效11例，有效12例，治疗总有效率92%；对照组显效5例，有效9例，总有效率56%。②抗心衰治疗：试验组显效10例，有效12例，治疗总有效率88%；对照组显效6例，有效8例，总有效率56%。试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：合理地使用胺碘酮对于慢性心衰合并心律失常患者具有很好的治疗效果。
목적：분석알전동재만성심쇠합병심률실상중적응용。방법：2012-2013년수치만성심쇠합병심률실상환자50례，채취수궤분조방식분위시험조여대조조，각25례，시험조재채취종합항심쇠치료적기출상진행알전동치료，대조조지채취종합항심쇠치료。결과：①심률실상치료：시험조현효11례，유효12례，치료총유효솔92%；대조조현효5례，유효9례，총유효솔56%。②항심쇠치료：시험조현효10례，유효12례，치료총유효솔88%；대조조현효6례，유효8례，총유효솔56%。시험조치료효과명현우우대조조。결론：합리지사용알전동대우만성심쇠합병심률실상환자구유흔호적치료효과。
Objective:To explore the application of amiodarone in chronic heart failure combined with arrhythmia.Methods:50 cases of chronic heart failure combined with arrhythmia were selected from 2012 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of the comprehensive anti heart failure treatment.The control group were treated with comprehensive anti heart failure. Results:Arrhythmia treatment:in the experimental group,11 cases were markedly effective;12 cases were effective;the total efficiency was 92%.In the control group,5 cases were markedly effective;9 cases were effective;the total efficiency was 56%.Anti heart failure treatment:in the experimental group,10 cases were markedly effective;12 cases were effective;treatment efficiency was 88%.In the control group,6 cases were markedly effective;8 cases were effective;the total efficiency was 56%.The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Rational use of amiodarone is a good therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure combined with arrhythmia patients.
