对于外伤性颅内血肿，以往多采用骨窗开颅或骨瓣开颅术来进行治疗，目的是尽量清除血肿，来减压并防止脑疝的形成。近几年，随着影像学的发展，动态观察血肿的变化变得容易，采用微创颅内血肿穿刺来治疗外伤性颅内血肿的方法成为可能。本文就微创颅内血肿穿刺治疗外伤性颅内血肿治疗要点和进展做一综述。

In the past,bone window craniotomy or bone flap craniotomy were always been used for traumatic intracranial hematoma.The purpose was to remove the hematoma,in order to reduce pressure and prevent the formation of cerebral hernia.In recent years,with the development of imaging,dynamic observation of changes in hematoma become easier.It makes possible that using minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma.In this paper,we reviewed the treatment point and progress of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma puncture in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma.
