随着我国素质教育政策的推广，全国各地区教育部门积极将其实施于教学活动中，从而使得教学活动中的教学模式以及教学手段发生了变化，大大提高了整体教学水平以及效率。而对于农村教育现状而言，其正处于新课程理念与实践新课程理念的阶段过程中，另外，由于农村小学生自身特殊状况以及学习条件较差等因素的影响，使得在教学方面存在着典型的问题---两极分化的现状。
