Local culture, with deep accumulation and rich conno-tation, is a very precious resource of moral education. In school moral education, the moral education value of local culture can be analyzed from the content characteristics, composition character-istics and practice characteristics, and the contents that can be used for school moral education resources in local culture can be selected and integrated into the whole process of moral education, so as to build up a school-based mode of moral education with local culture characteristics, and effectively improve the effec-tiveness of moral education and the taste of school education.
