实践能力培养是一项系统而复杂的过程,学生在校期间的学习过程,是其获取专业知识、技能和实践能力的过程。本文提出依据体验性、技能性和师范性的基本属性,加强学生实践能力的培养力度。通过提高课堂教学质量、课外活动效果和社会实践指导力度,实现对学生实践能力的培养。在对学生专项实践能力培养过程中要高度重视课程学习、专业实习和毕业论文三个环节的质量,让学生能够通过课程学习真正掌握专项知识和专项能力;通过专业实习提高学生实践能力,实现人才培养目标;通过毕业论文写作的方式培养和检验学生理论联系实际,发现问题、分析问题和解决具体问题的能力。

Practice ability training is a systematic and complicat-ed process,while students' learning process during their school time is the process to obtain professional knowledge,skills and practice ability. This paper proposes the strengthening of the cul-tivation of students' practice ability based on the basic attributes of experience,skill and education.By improving the quality of classroom teaching,the effect of extracurricular activities and the strength of social practice guidance,the training of students' prac-tice ability is realized. In the process of cultivating students' spe-cialized practice ability, great importance should be attached to the quality of such three links as curriculum learning, profession-al practice and graduation thesis.The aim is to make students truly master special knowledge and special skills through cur-riculum learning; professional practice is aimed to improve the practice ability of students and realize the goal of talent cultiva-tion; graduation thesis writing styles are aimed to train and exam-ine students' abilities of combining theory with practice, discover-ing problems, analyzing problems and solving specific problems.
