现行煤矿采区内风门的打开和闭合基本都靠人工操作,单轨吊机车在行驶过程中撞击风门的事件时有发生。实现风门和阻车器的连锁控制,可以提高采区内的工作效率,进而提高企业的经济效益。设计的采区风门自动化阻车系统具有车辆行驶方向识别,风门的遥控、自动和手动控制,风门和阻车器连锁控制功能。经过运行,整个系统能够正常运行。

The opening and closing of current air door in coal mi-ning areas basically rely on manual operation, so monorail cranes would hit the air door from time to time in the process of moving. To achieve the chain control of air door and kick-up block can improve the efficiency of mining, thereby increasing economic ef-ficiency of enterprises.The designed automatic block system for air door in the mining areas contains recognition of crane moving directions, remote, automatic and manual control of the air door, and the chain control of the air door and kick-up block. Through running, the entire system can work normally.
