煤矿井下直流电源能够保证在电网停电后快速转换到应急电源，保障各种应急、生产及通讯等设备的正常运转。该方案主要包括：10kVA主变压器、蓄电池管理系统、蓄电池组、逆变器、切换装置、控制系统等部分。煤矿井下其他设备电源与地面应急结合起来，可以有效地把煤矿停电引起的生产、瓦斯超限事故降低到最低点。煤矿井下供电三输出智能直流控制系统的实施，大大提高了煤矿的安全系数，有效保障了煤矿生命财产安全以及煤矿的正常生产秩序。
