随着特殊教育的发展和“全纳”教育思想的提出，培智学校学生类型日益复杂，如何让具有适应性行为缺陷的孩子自理、自立，尽快适应班集体生活，是学校教育教学的重要环节。本文通过建立学生个人成长档案、抓好入学常规教育、综合运用单元主题教学活动和家校合力共建优秀班集体等方式，为智障孩子融入班集体生活提供了支持性的策略，也为今后的新生入学教育提供了初步的德育模式。

With the development of special education and the proposition of inclusive education thought, the types of students in Peizhi School are increasingly complex. How to help children with defects in adaptive behavior become independent and adapt to class life as soon as possible is an important link of school ed-ucation and teaching. Through establishing student growth archives, well implementing routine entrance education, compre-hensively using unit and topic teaching activities, and co-con-structing excellent class collectives by the joint effort of families and the school, this paper proposed a supportive strategy for mentally retarded students to integrate into class life, as well as a preliminary moral education model for the entrance education of new students in the future.
