本研究通过问卷调查的方法,对朝阳区小学科学教师进行关于专业培训的需求的调查,从以往培训的现状,以及教师对培训时间、培训地点、培训频率和培训内容等维度调查教师的需求,重点关注教师主体,以期真实反映教师对于科学培训的需求,并探索建立科学家、教育领域专家和区域调研多位一体的科学教师培训模式。
本研究通過問捲調查的方法,對朝暘區小學科學教師進行關于專業培訓的需求的調查,從以往培訓的現狀,以及教師對培訓時間、培訓地點、培訓頻率和培訓內容等維度調查教師的需求,重點關註教師主體,以期真實反映教師對于科學培訓的需求,併探索建立科學傢、教育領域專傢和區域調研多位一體的科學教師培訓模式。
본연구통과문권조사적방법,대조양구소학과학교사진행관우전업배훈적수구적조사,종이왕배훈적현상,이급교사대배훈시간、배훈지점、배훈빈솔화배훈내용등유도조사교사적수구,중점관주교사주체,이기진실반영교사대우과학배훈적수구,병탐색건립과학가、교육영역전가화구역조연다위일체적과학교사배훈모식。
In this study, a questionnaire survey of Chaoyang District elementary school science teacher needs to investigate on professional training, training from the current situation in the past, as well as teacher training time, training location, tra-ining frequency and training needs of teachers and other dimensions of the investigation, the main focus of teachers, in order to truly reflect the needs of teachers for science training, and explore the establishment of scientists, experts and regional re-search more than one field of education science teacher training mode.
