Tourism marketing is a practical course. How to determine the teaching content, which plays the guide role of ma-rketing theory to the tourism development, is one of the important problems that we need to think deeply. The modular tea-ching content of this course is composed of marketing environment of tourism enterprise, market positioning and tourism en-terprise marketing mix. In the teaching process, there are some teaching experiences as follow:paying attention to the com-bination of teaching and practice, teaching and scientific research, the comprehensive knowledge to learn and the principle of moderation to the teaching content and method accordingly.
