民族地区大学因为学生的多样性,其二级学院教学管理必须考虑到这一特殊因素。文章认为民族地区大学二级学院存在教学中心地位不突出、教学缺乏自主权、教学管理目标还不够明确、教学评价机制不健全等问题,并提出了相应的教学管理目标与任务。

We must pay close attention to teaching management in Secondary College with the special factors of Students' diversity in minority concentrated region. The paper analyzes some questions of teaching management in Secondary Col-lege, not prominent central position in teaching, lack of autonomy in teaching, target is not clear enough in teaching man-agement, evaluation mechanism is not perfect in teaching.
