从三七根的80%乙醇提取物中,分离并鉴定了2个人参皂苷类化合物,分别为6-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-20-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-3β,6α,12β,20(S)-tetrahydroxydammar-24-ene(化合物1)和notoginsenoside U(化合物2)。应用1D和2D NMR (1H-1H COSY、HSQC和HMBC)对这2种化合物的结构进行解析,对化合物1的13C NMR文献报道数据进行了修正与讨论,并对化合物1的1H NMR数据进行全归属。同时在2D NMR的基础上对化合物2在氘代吡啶溶液中的1H NMR和13C NMR数据进行全归属。
從三七根的80%乙醇提取物中,分離併鑒定瞭2箇人參皂苷類化閤物,分彆為6-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-20-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-3β,6α,12β,20(S)-tetrahydroxydammar-24-ene(化閤物1)和notoginsenoside U(化閤物2)。應用1D和2D NMR (1H-1H COSY、HSQC和HMBC)對這2種化閤物的結構進行解析,對化閤物1的13C NMR文獻報道數據進行瞭脩正與討論,併對化閤物1的1H NMR數據進行全歸屬。同時在2D NMR的基礎上對化閤物2在氘代吡啶溶液中的1H NMR和13C NMR數據進行全歸屬。

Two ginsenosides were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the root of Panax notoginseng, namely 6-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-20-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-3β,6α, 12β,20(S)-tetrahydroxydammar-24-ene (compound 1) and notoginsenoside U (compound 2). Their structures were elucidated by one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR (i.e., 1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC) experiments. The 13C NMR spectral data of compound 1 was compared with those reported in the previous references, and corrections were made for some previous assignments which were incorrect. The completed assignments of compound 1 were obtained. The 1H and 13C NMR signals of compound 2 in prydine-d5 were assigned.
