制备用于处理空间站中冷凝废水的固体催化剂，常温常压下催化氧化以乙醇为主要成分的冷凝水生成有机酸，使之可以通过后续处理达到回用水的要求。研究了催化剂制备过程中的多种因素对 Pt/Al2 O3和 Pt/C催化剂性能的影响。结果表明，采用乙二醇还原法制备的催化剂具有氧化乙醇生成乙酸的能力；当活性组分Pt的理论负载量为1 Wt％时，催化剂催化效果最好，在Pt的基础上添加B、Ce有助于Pt/Al2 O3催化剂对乙醇的氧化；催化剂初期对于乙醇的氧化率在90％以上，3 h后稳定在80％左右。采用水洗对催化剂进行再生可达到其初期性能。

The catalysts were prepared to treat humidity condensation ,which can oxidize organic matter to acid with oxygen in normal temperature and pressure ,then removal acid up to standard of recycle by post treatment .Various factors which may influence catalytic activity of Pt/Al2O3 and Pt/C catalysts were investigated .T he results show that catalysts prepared by glycol reduction have the ability of alcohol oxidation .Percentage of Pt equals to 1Wt% ,catalytic performance of catalysts is the optimal point . Adding B and Ce is beneficial to alcohol oxidation .Percent conversion of alcohol is more than 90% at initial stage and stays around 80% after 3 hours .The catalysts regeneration can be renewed to original state by “bath and dry” .
