制备胰岛素/油酸钠复合物,对其制备工艺进行考察,提高胰岛素在水中的表观油水分配系数,以期进行进一步的制剂研究。采用非水离子对法制备胰岛素/油酸钠复合物,并以单因素考察优化制备工艺,对复合物进行红外分析,考察胰岛素表观油水分配系数的变化。胰岛素/油酸钠复合物的制备工艺为:油酸钠与胰岛素摩尔比为6∶1,室温下磁力搅拌(500 rpm )0.5 h。按照此方法成功制备了胰岛素/油酸钠复合物,复合物在水中的油水分布系数得到明显的提高。
製備胰島素/油痠鈉複閤物,對其製備工藝進行攷察,提高胰島素在水中的錶觀油水分配繫數,以期進行進一步的製劑研究。採用非水離子對法製備胰島素/油痠鈉複閤物,併以單因素攷察優化製備工藝,對複閤物進行紅外分析,攷察胰島素錶觀油水分配繫數的變化。胰島素/油痠鈉複閤物的製備工藝為:油痠鈉與胰島素摩爾比為6∶1,室溫下磁力攪拌(500 rpm )0.5 h。按照此方法成功製備瞭胰島素/油痠鈉複閤物,複閤物在水中的油水分佈繫數得到明顯的提高。

To improve apparent partition coefficient by preparing Insulin/sodium oleate (Insulin/S.O ) complex .Insulin/S.O complex was prepared by hydrophobic ion pairing (HIP) method .The effects of many factors including molar ratio of S.O to insulin , reaction temperature , reaction time and rate of rotation were studied to get optimized process ,then the apparent partition coefficient of insulin and FITR analysis were studied to confirm the formation of Insulin/S.O complex . The optimized preparation conditions were determined as follows :the molar ratio of S.O to insulin ,the reaction temperature ,the rate of rotation and the reaction time were 6∶1 ,ambient temperature ,500 rpm and 0.5 h ,respectively . Insulin/S.O complex can be made by HIP method and the apparent partition coefficient of insulin can be evidently improved by the method .
