目的:应用高频超声评价运动训练对人体肌腱形态的影响。方法利用高频超声测量300名新兵在训练前、训练后1个月及3个月的跟腱、髌腱、肱二头肌长头肌腱的横截面积。结果训练前左、右侧跟腱、髌腱、肱二头肌长头肌腱横截面积分别为(59.26±12.14)mm2、(62.19±13.36)mm2,(64.97±14.19)mm2、(63.38±15.69)mm2,(12.42±3.64)mm2、(13.82±6.13)mm2;训练1个月后左、右侧跟腱、髌腱、肱二头肌长头肌腱横截面积分别为(61.40±12.31) mm2、(64.50±12.76)mm2,(67.16±15.19)mm2、(70.67±14.91)mm2,(13.18±3.57)mm2、(14.74±4.04)mm2;训练3个月后左、右侧跟腱、髌腱、肱二头肌长头肌腱横截面积分别为(62.82±13.63)mm2、(66.00±12.69)mm2,(68.73±14.16)mm2、(71.46±15.75)mm2,(13.78±3.70)mm2、(15.56±4.19)mm2;与训练前相比,训练后1个月、训练后3个月双侧跟腱、髌腱、肱二头肌长头肌腱横截面积差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论新兵集训训练可以使得肌腱横截面积有增加的趋势。

Objective To evaluate the effect of exercise training on the morphology of human tendons by high frequency ul-trasound.Methods The cross-sectional areas of the heel tendon,patellar tendon and tendon of the long head of the biceps brachii were measured by high frequency ultrasound in 300 army recruits before training,one and three months after train-ing.Results The left and right cross-sectional areas of the heel tendon,patellar tendon and tendon of the long head of the biceps brachii were(59.26±12.14),(62.19±13.36);(64.97±14.19),(63.38±15.69);(12.42±3.64),(13.82±6.13)mm2,re-spectively,before training.They were(61.40±12.31),(64.50±12.76);(67.16±15.19),(70.67±14.91);(13.18±3.57), (14.74±4.04)mm2,respectively one month after training,and(62.82±13.63),(66.00±12.69);(68.73±14.16),(71.46± 15.75);(13.78±3.70),(15.56±4.19)mm2 ,respectively,three months after training.There were significant differences in the left and right cross-sectional areas of the heel tendon,patellar tendon and tendon of the long head of the biceps brachii between pre-training and 1,3 month(s)after training(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The cross-sectional area of the tendons tends to in-crease after recruit training.
