县(市)区科技工作是推动我国科技进步的重要基础，科技进步考核则是推进县(市)区科技进步的有效手段。在明确相关概念的基础上，对2011-2012年科技进步考核工作中采用的指标体系和计分方法进行深入研究，以辽宁省相关县(市)区的具体数据为例进行实际考核，并具体分析考核结果，探讨其应用，旨在为县(市)区科技工作发展提供参考与借鉴。
縣(市)區科技工作是推動我國科技進步的重要基礎，科技進步攷覈則是推進縣(市)區科技進步的有效手段。在明確相關概唸的基礎上，對2011-2012年科技進步攷覈工作中採用的指標體繫和計分方法進行深入研究，以遼寧省相關縣(市)區的具體數據為例進行實際攷覈，併具體分析攷覈結果，探討其應用，旨在為縣(市)區科技工作髮展提供參攷與藉鑒。
현(시)구과기공작시추동아국과기진보적중요기출，과기진보고핵칙시추진현(시)구과기진보적유효수단。재명학상관개념적기출상，대2011-2012년과기진보고핵공작중채용적지표체계화계분방법진행심입연구，이요녕성상관현(시)구적구체수거위례진행실제고핵，병구체분석고핵결과，탐토기응용，지재위현(시)구과기공작발전제공삼고여차감。
Science and technology undertakings of counties ( cities) and districts are important foundation of promoting scientific and technological progress in China, while the assessment of scientific and technological progress is an effective measure to promote the progress of science and technology in counties ( cities) and districts. Based on clearing related connotations, the indicator system and scoring method applied in assessment of scientific and technological progress from 2011 to 2012 are studied deeply, practical assessments are produced by taking the concrete data of related counties ( cities ) and districts of Liaoning Province as examples. The resluts of assessment are analyzed in detail, and the application of it is discussed, in order to provide reference for the development of science and technology undertakings of counties ( cities) and districts.
