押结合立地气候资源、土壤质地等基本因素，通过对同纬度地区的生境条件调研、土壤及桔梗样本采集、土壤养分及桔梗皂苷含量测定比较，从气候生态环境（热量条件，气候条件）、土壤质地、桔梗皂苷含量三个方面解析评判，结果表明，商洛桔梗具有明显的区位地理优势，确有独特地道地性地理标志特征。为商洛桔梗道地性研究和GAP基地建设提供科学依据。

Combined with the climate resources, soil texture and other basic factors, with the comparasion of eco-environmental conditions,soil, and sample Platycodon grandiflorum, soil nutrient, germplasm content in the same latitude, an analysis is done from climatic eco-environment (thermal and climatic conditions) soil texture, germplasm content.It is found that Shangluo Platycodon grandiflorum has obvious location advantages, and unique native geographic features of authenticity,which provides a scientific basis for the authenticity study of Shangluo Platycodon grandiflorum and the development of GAP.
