学困生的出现,使我国中小学英语教学质量难以提高。其形成的原因有学生、教材、学校、教师、家庭等各方面因素。提高学困生英语教学有效性的策略为:培养高素质的英语教师队伍;尊重关心学困生;因材施教,分层教学;改进课堂教学方法,培养良好的英语学习习惯;指导家庭教育。

It is hard to improve the quality of English teaching in primary and secondary schools because of disability students. There are various reasons for learning difficulties,such as students,teaching materials,teachers,schools families and so on. The effective strategies to improve English teaching on disability students are:to train qualified English teachers;to re-spect and concern students;to teach individually,to teach by levels ;to improve teaching methods,to develop good study hab-its;to guide family education.
