实现职业技术师范教育的可持续发展顺应社会经济发展下构建现代职业教育体系的内在要求。通过论述职业技术师范教育生态危机的基本概念和内涵，分析当前我国职业技术师范教育生态体系中所出现的危机，以及提出保障该生态体系实现健康可持续发展的对策与措施。

To building a modern vocational and technical education system,adapting social and economic development,it nec-essary to realize the sustainable development of vocational and technical teacher education. This paper discusses some basic con-cepts and connotation of ecological crisis of vocational and technical teacher education,and analyzes the current crisis of vocation-al and technical teacher education in the crisis,then,puts forward some protection countermeasures to achieve healthy and sus-tainable development.
