顶岗实习支教为农村教育的发展做出了贡献，锻炼了大学生的实践能力，然而在具体工作中暴露出实践能力不强的问题，为了更好的促进此项工作的开展，我们进行了大量调研找出了存在问题的原因并提出了解决办法，在实践中取得较好的效果。

Aid-the-poor practical teaching program has made a contribution to the development of rural education, training the students' practical ability, but in reality , the problem of poor practical ability is very clear . For better promote this program , we have performed a lot of researches in order to find out what cause the problems , put forward some countermeasures , make a better effect in practice .
