针对商用车平顺性问题,建立整车六自由度动力学模型和微分方程。对一整车实例,求解了正弦激励下的位移响应,得到各自由度的固有频率,计算了由车轮不平衡引起的共振车速。模拟了4个车速下汽车驶过三角形凸块的驾驶室垂直加速度响应,结果表明车速越高,加速度响应越小。

Aiming at ride comfort of commercial vehicle, a six DOF dynamic modal and differential equation are developed. The response under sine excitation is analyzed, and natural frequency of every DOF is obtained, then the resonation vehicle velocity induced by wheel imbalance is calculated. The vertical acceleration response of cab under triangle impulse input is simulated under 4 different velocities, the results show that the velocity is higher, the response is lower.
