目的:总结利用CT成像来指导三维适形放射治疗计划的扫描技术,选用合适的扫描条件及恰当的曝光时机,为三维适形放射治疗的制定既提供准确的影像资料,避免放射治疗范围的失真,而且合理地降低辐射剂量。材料和方法山东省潍坊市人民医院放疗科2012年1月~2013年3月拟准备三维适形放射治疗的患者共879名,其中年龄16~91岁,男519名,女360名,包括脑瘤、颈部肿瘤、肺部肿瘤、腹部肿瘤、骨瘤等全身各部肿瘤,利用16排螺旋CT进行扫描。结果合适的扫描条件及恰当的曝光时机,能够准确提供三维适形放射治疗计划制定所需要的图像资料并且降低患者辐射剂量。结论CT成像在三维适形放射治疗中发挥重要作用。

목적:총결이용CT성상래지도삼유괄형방사치료계화적소묘기술,선용합괄적소묘조건급흡당적폭광시궤,위삼유괄형방사치료적제정기제공준학적영상자료,피면방사치료범위적실진,이차합리지강저복사제량。재료화방법산동성유방시인민의원방료과2012년1월~2013년3월의준비삼유괄형방사치료적환자공879명,기중년령16~91세,남519명,녀360명,포괄뇌류、경부종류、폐부종류、복부종류、골류등전신각부종류,이용16배라선CT진행소묘。결과합괄적소묘조건급흡당적폭광시궤,능구준학제공삼유괄형방사치료계화제정소수요적도상자료병차강저환자복사제량。결론CT성상재삼유괄형방사치료중발휘중요작용。
Objective The aim of the study was to select the optimal scanning condition and exposure time for three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy by summarizing the CT scanning technology. Therefore we could provide the accurate image information and avoid distortion, as well as reduce the radiation dose reasonably. Materials and methods From 2012.1-2013.3, a total of 879 patients (aged 16~91), which included 519 males and 360 females, who received three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy were collected in our research. These patients had various cancers, including brain tumor, cervical cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer and osteoma. And then the 16-slice spiral CT was used to scan these patients. Results The appropriate scanning condition and exposure time could supply the image data for three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy and decrease the radiation dosage. Conclusion CT imaging plays an important role in three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy.
