针对石油混砂车输砂系统的技术现状与存在的缺点,设计出一种带减速机的输砂系统,即通过液压泵、液压马达和减速机的方案。通过试验验证,有效的解决了输砂系统在低速时的发卡故障,为进一步优化混砂车输砂系统提供参考。
針對石油混砂車輸砂繫統的技術現狀與存在的缺點,設計齣一種帶減速機的輸砂繫統,即通過液壓泵、液壓馬達和減速機的方案。通過試驗驗證,有效的解決瞭輸砂繫統在低速時的髮卡故障,為進一步優化混砂車輸砂繫統提供參攷。
침대석유혼사차수사계통적기술현상여존재적결점,설계출일충대감속궤적수사계통,즉통과액압빙、액압마체화감속궤적방안。통과시험험증,유효적해결료수사계통재저속시적발잡고장,위진일보우화혼사차수사계통제공삼고。
Aiming at present technology and shortcomings of the sand convey system in fracturing blender truck. and a sand transport system based on reducer is designed. This scheme adopted hydraulic drive hydraulic pump and reducer. The test val-idated this scheme can solve the hairpin fault in low speed of sand transport system effectively. A reference is provided for the further optimization of the sand conveying system of sand mixing truck.
