当今汽车制造业向着高精、多品种、多元化的方向发展,在汽车白车身的焊接过程中,为了实现焊接工艺的完整性,提高焊接的精度和效率,需要多组高速高精度辊床来与焊接机器人高效配合。介绍了一种高速高精度的辊床结构以及其控制系统,使用三菱 PLC 作为其主控制器实现辊床的控制工艺。该辊床装备具有高精度,速度快,稳定性强,可靠性高,运行方便等优点。对我国汽车制造业向着高水平的方向发展具有重要的指导意义。

Automobile manufacture-industry is focusing on the high precision, varieties and diversified development recently. The welding process needs efficient worked multiple sets of roller bed to make the integrity of the welding technology and the improvement of welding efficiency realized. In this paper, a kind of high speed and accurate roller bed structure and its control system are introduced, which employs Mitsubishi PLC as major controller to make control process of rolling bed come true. This roller bed equipment has the advantages of higher precision, higher speed, higher stability, reliability and convenient op-eration, which is significant to the high-level development of motor industry in China.
