保持长期运行后地下土壤的热平衡是地源热泵系统的关键问题之一。本文从系统因素,人为因素和外界因素分析了土壤源热泵系统热失衡问题的特点及产生原因,阐述了土壤源热泵系统热失衡的影响和危害。并从设计、施工和运行管控三个角度提出了辅助冷热源、分区合理布井、地埋管防漏、规范回填、分区恢复和间歇控制等解决该问题的建议措施。

It is true that the heat balance of soil is a serious problem of ground - source heat pump ( GSHP) system. This paper gives brief analysis on the reasons of soil heat balance in the ways of system itself, human factor and ex-ternal factor. The effects and hazards of the thermal imbalance in ground - source heat pump system are described. The suggestions and measures in design, construction and operation as secondary cooling and heat sources, reasona-ble well spacing, buried pipe leak proof, backfilling method, partition recovery, intermittent control are presented.
