采用温控箱-热流计法对长春市某节能示范工程外墙传热系数进行现场检测,分析了围护结构现场检测仪的精度,以及太阳辐射、热箱内对流及辐射、气候条件等因素对围护结构传热系数的影响。实验说明,温控箱-热流计法用于围护结构现场检测具有操作便捷且数据准确的特点,现场测试应尽量避免太阳辐射、热箱辐射以及其他因素对测试结果的影响。

Field testing the heat transfer coefficient of the outer walls of an energy conservation demonstration project in Changchun by temperature controlled tank - heat flow meter method. The accuracy of the field detector in build-ing envelope and the influence factors on the heat transfer coefficient of building envelope are analyzed, such as so-lar radiation, the convection and radiation in the hot box, weather conditions and so on. The experimental results show that the application of temperature controlled tank - heat flow meter method in field testing the building enve-lope has the characteristics of convenient operation and accurate data. Field test should try to avoid solar radiation, radiation temperature in the hot box and other factors to affect the test result.
