在可无级调速的玻璃搅拌釜气液相反应器中,系统地研究了不同温度下用氯化氢干气酸解2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸五甲酯的反应动力学,以开发制备2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)的绿色工艺。采用1级串联反应动力学方程拟合2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸五甲酯酸解反应动力学数据,得到2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸五甲酯和2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸三甲酯酸解反应的表观活化能分别为37.87和42.72 kJ/mol。结果表明,用氯化氢干气酸解2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸五甲酯制备PBTCA是可行的。

A green preparation technology of 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid pentamethyl ester to 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA) with dry hydrogen chloride gas was studied.In a novel experimental apparatus with a glass stirred tank reactor for gas-liquid reaction, the acidolysis kinetics of 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid pentamethyl ester and 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid three methyl ester were determined at different temperatures. By consecutive first-order kinetics models, the apparent activation energies were 37.87 kJ/mol for 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid pentamethyl ester acidolysis and 42.72 kJ/mol for 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid three methyl ester acidolysis. The results showed that it was feasible to prepare PBTCA from acidolysis of 2-phosphonobutane- 1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid pentamethyl ester with hydrogen chloride.
