以柏木烯为原料,大孔型强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,将柏木烯中的罗汉柏木烯异构化得到olefin B,考察了柏木烯异构化反应的条件,并分析产物中olefin B的含量和总得率。柏木烯异构化反应的适宜条件为催化剂为柏木烯质量的20%,柏木烯与乙酸的质量比1:2,反应温度40℃,反应时间3 h。在该条件下,罗汉柏木烯转化率为99.58%,olefin B的质量分数和总得率分别为21.63%和49.55%。进一步考察了该催化剂在适宜反应条件下的重复使用性能,发现经过6次重复使用后催化剂仍保持较高反应活性。
以柏木烯為原料,大孔型彊痠性暘離子交換樹脂為催化劑,將柏木烯中的囉漢柏木烯異構化得到olefin B,攷察瞭柏木烯異構化反應的條件,併分析產物中olefin B的含量和總得率。柏木烯異構化反應的適宜條件為催化劑為柏木烯質量的20%,柏木烯與乙痠的質量比1:2,反應溫度40℃,反應時間3 h。在該條件下,囉漢柏木烯轉化率為99.58%,olefin B的質量分數和總得率分彆為21.63%和49.55%。進一步攷察瞭該催化劑在適宜反應條件下的重複使用性能,髮現經過6次重複使用後催化劑仍保持較高反應活性。

The isomerization of thujopsene to olefin B using cedrene as raw material was carried out over the macroporous strong acidic cation exchange resin catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions such as temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage, mass ratio of cedrene to acetic acid on the isomerization reaction were studied. The appropriate reaction conditions were determined as mass percentage of catalyst to cedrene of 20%, mass ratio of cedrene to acetic acid of 1:2, reaction temperature of 40℃ , reaction time of 3 h. Under the conditions, the conversion of thujopsene reached 99.85%, and the mass fraction and total yield of olefin B were 17.63% and 49.55%, respectively. Reuse study of the catalyst showed that the resin catalyst could keep high activity after having been reused 6 times.
