目的:评价生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练对产后尿失禁患者盆底康复临床效果的影响。方法选取63例产后尿失禁患者为研究对象,分为观察组32例和对照组31例。观察组患者接受生物反馈电刺激个体化治疗方案联合盆底肌训练,对照组只进行单纯盆底肌训练。治疗后评价两组患者尿失禁治疗效果和盆底肌力。结果治疗后,两组患者盆底肌力均较前提高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组盆底肌力改善程度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组患者尿失禁治疗有效率100%,对照组患者有效率77.4%,观察组患者尿失禁疗效较对照组高,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论个体化电刺激生物反馈治疗结合家庭盆底肌肉训练可以改善产后尿失禁患者盆底功能和尿失禁临床症状,有利于产后康复。

목적:평개생물반궤전자격연합분저기훈련대산후뇨실금환자분저강복림상효과적영향。방법선취63례산후뇨실금환자위연구대상,분위관찰조32례화대조조31례。관찰조환자접수생물반궤전자격개체화치료방안연합분저기훈련,대조조지진행단순분저기훈련。치료후평개량조환자뇨실금치료효과화분저기력。결과치료후,량조환자분저기력균교전제고(P<0.05),치료후관찰조분저기력개선정도교대조조고,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05);치료후3개월,관찰조환자뇨실금치료유효솔100%,대조조환자유효솔77.4%,관찰조환자뇨실금료효교대조조고,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론개체화전자격생물반궤치료결합가정분저기육훈련가이개선산후뇨실금환자분저공능화뇨실금림상증상,유리우산후강복。
Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercises on the recovery of postpartum urinary incontinence. Methods 63 postpartum urinary incontinence women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 32 cases in the observation group were treated by individual guidance for biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise,while 31 cases in the control group only accepted pelvic floor muscle exercise. Treatment outcome of urinary incontinence and pelvic muscle functions were evaluated. Results The strength of pelvic floor muscle in two groups was increased after treatment ( P<0. 05 ) , in which the improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The effective rate of urinary incontinence in the observation group(100%) was better than that in control group(77.4%) after 3 months treatment. Conclusion Individualized biofeedback therapy combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle training can improve pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence clinical symptoms in patients with postpartum urinary incontinence.
