retail drugstores%the 2012 version of GSP%licensed pharmacists
目的：通过调查广东省零售药店实施新版GSP的状况,了解广东省零售药店对新版GSP实施过程中遇到的问题和困难,为药品零售企业的发展及政府决策提供信息支持。方法现场发放并回收调查问卷,使用Excel 2003和SPSS 19.0对有效问卷进行统计及数据处理。结果64.25%的零售药店表示有信心通过新版GSP；86.01%的零售药店认为新版GSP能更有效保障药品质量安全；在新版GSP改造项目中,61.14%的零售药店认为“执业药师资格”是改造难度最大的项目；零售药店自救措施选项中,选择率最高的分别为“让大型连锁零售药店收购”、“加入药品贸易联盟或采购联盟”2项。结论零售药店在实施新版GSP的过程中需高度重视及积极参与各类培训,而社会机构与政府相关部门也应在资金、技术、培训以及政策等方面积极协助零售药店通过新版GSP认证,以真正保障人民群众的用药安全。

목적：통과조사광동성령수약점실시신판GSP적상황,료해광동성령수약점대신판GSP실시과정중우도적문제화곤난,위약품령수기업적발전급정부결책제공신식지지。방법현장발방병회수조사문권,사용Excel 2003화SPSS 19.0대유효문권진행통계급수거처리。결과64.25%적령수약점표시유신심통과신판GSP；86.01%적령수약점인위신판GSP능경유효보장약품질량안전；재신판GSP개조항목중,61.14%적령수약점인위“집업약사자격”시개조난도최대적항목；령수약점자구조시선항중,선택솔최고적분별위“양대형련쇄령수약점수구”、“가입약품무역련맹혹채구련맹”2항。결론령수약점재실시신판GSP적과정중수고도중시급적겁삼여각류배훈,이사회궤구여정부상관부문야응재자금、기술、배훈이급정책등방면적겁협조령수약점통과신판GSP인증,이진정보장인민군음적용약안전。
Objective To provide a support for the retail drugstores development and the government decision-making through investigation of the 2012 revision of GSP application at retail drugstores in Guangdong. Methods The questionnaires were collected when respondents finished them on the spot. The questionnaires then were arranged and summarized,and the valid data was recorded and analyzed by Microsoft excell2003 and SPSS 19.0. Results 64.25%of the respondents were confident that they can meet the requirements of the 2012 version of GSP. 86.01%of the respondents in the retail drugstores thought that the 2012 version of GSP could better safeguard drug safety. Among all the renewed projects in the 2012 version of GSP,respondents thought that the most difficult requirement is the " licensed pharmacist ". When asked the self-help measures,the top two answers were "being merger of large retail chain drugstores" and "joining Pharmacy Trade Organization or Drug Procurement Alliance". Conclusion The retail drugstores should pay a high attention to the 2012 version of GSP and take an active part in all kinds of training, while the social institutions and government should greatly assist the retail drugstores to get the 2012 version of GSP certification in the aspects of finance,technology,training and policy etc..
