目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定肝力保胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮的质量分数。方法色谱柱为ZORBA Bonus-RP(4.6 mm×260 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%(体积分数)甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为260 nm,进样量为10μL。结果毛蕊异黄酮在14.7~235.2μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,其回归方程为Y=34.077X-6.2958,r=1,回收率为95.08%( RSD=3.39%)。6批肝力保胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮质量分数在62.63~181.96μg/g之间。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于肝力保胶囊的质量控制。
목적：건립고효액상색보법측정간력보효낭중모예이황동적질량분수。방법색보주위ZORBA Bonus-RP(4.6 mm×260 mm,5μm),류동상위을정-0.1%(체적분수)갑산,제도세탈,류속위1.0 mL/min,주온위25℃,검측파장위260 nm,진양량위10μL。결과모예이황동재14.7~235.2μg/mL범위내정량호선성관계,기회귀방정위Y=34.077X-6.2958,r=1,회수솔위95.08%( RSD=3.39%)。6비간력보효낭중모예이황동질량분수재62.63~181.96μg/g지간。결론해방법간편、쾌속、준학,가용우간력보효낭적질량공제。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining calycosin in Ganlibao capsules. Methods The separation was performed on ZORBA Bonus-RP column(4.6 mm×260 mm,5μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and H2 O-0. 1%HCOOH, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25 ℃, the detection wavelength was 260 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL. Results It presented a good linearity in the range of 14.7-235.2 μg/mL(r=1) with the regression equation of Y=34.077X-6.295 8. The recovery of calycosin was 95. 08%( RSD=3. 39%) . The contents of calycosin in 6 batches of Ganlibao capsules were determined to be among 62. 63-181. 96 μg/g. Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Ganlibao capsules.
