目的:比较贵州和海南产艾纳香药材的质量差异,为艾纳香药材生产与提取加工提供参考。方法采用GC法测定艾纳香中左旋龙脑质量分数,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮质量分数,并运用方差分析对海南和贵州不同居群间艾纳香左旋龙脑与总黄酮质量分数差异进行分析。结果不同居群间艾纳香总黄酮质量分数差异有统计学意义( P<0.05),而左旋龙脑质量分数差异无统计学意义;海南和贵州2个产区艾纳香在化学成分上存在一些差异,但差异无统计学意义。结论海南产艾纳香可作为加工艾片的原料;本试验所建立的含量测定方法简便、快速、准确,可用于艾纳香左旋龙脑与总黄酮的测定。

목적:비교귀주화해남산애납향약재적질량차이,위애납향약재생산여제취가공제공삼고。방법채용GC법측정애납향중좌선용뇌질량분수,자외분광광도법측정총황동질량분수,병운용방차분석대해남화귀주불동거군간애납향좌선용뇌여총황동질량분수차이진행분석。결과불동거군간애납향총황동질량분수차이유통계학의의( P<0.05),이좌선용뇌질량분수차이무통계학의의;해남화귀주2개산구애납향재화학성분상존재일사차이,단차이무통계학의의。결론해남산애납향가작위가공애편적원료;본시험소건립적함량측정방법간편、쾌속、준학,가용우애납향좌선용뇌여총황동적측정。
Objective To compare the quality of Blumea balsamifera(L.) DC from Guizhou and Hainan and provide guidance for the production and extraction of B. balsamifera. Methods The content of l-borneol was determined by gas chromatography, and total flavonoids were determined by UV. And the analysis of variance was used for statistical analysis of the l-borneol and total flavonoids. Results There were no significant difference among different populations in the content of l-borneol, while there were significant difference in the content of total flavonoids( P<0.05) . The chemical compositions of B. balsamifera varied slightly between Hainan and Guizhou province,but with no statistical significance. Conclusion It may be feasible to use B. balsamifera from Hainan as the raw material for l-borneolum extraction. The determination methods of l-borneol and total flavonoids are simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the assays of l-borneol and total flavonoids in B. balsamifera.
