目的:观察不同的修复材料在眼眶爆裂性骨折中矫正眼球内陷及复视的效果。方法:对眼眶爆裂性骨折患者68例,采用羟基磷灰石复合体或MEDPOR外科种植体修复眼眶壁爆裂性骨折,观察不同的修复材料在术后对眼球内陷的修复效果以及复视的缓解情况。结果:68例患者中采用羟基磷灰石复合体修复30例,其中眼眶下壁骨折12例,眼眶内侧壁骨折18例。术后随访3个月至1年,1例眼眶内陷矫正欠佳;1例复视仅部分矫正;2例出现轻度下睑外翻。采用MEDPOR外科种植体修复38例,其中眼眶下壁骨折13例;眼眶内侧壁骨折25例;术后2例眼球内陷矫正欠佳;1例轻度下睑外翻。两组其余病例眼球内陷及复视均得到修复,经统计学分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。使用修复材料未发现其他并发症。结论:羟基磷灰石复合体和MEDPOR外科种植体均是修复眼眶爆裂性骨折较理想的材料,修复效果好,并发症少。
目的:觀察不同的脩複材料在眼眶爆裂性骨摺中矯正眼毬內陷及複視的效果。方法:對眼眶爆裂性骨摺患者68例,採用羥基燐灰石複閤體或MEDPOR外科種植體脩複眼眶壁爆裂性骨摺,觀察不同的脩複材料在術後對眼毬內陷的脩複效果以及複視的緩解情況。結果:68例患者中採用羥基燐灰石複閤體脩複30例,其中眼眶下壁骨摺12例,眼眶內側壁骨摺18例。術後隨訪3箇月至1年,1例眼眶內陷矯正欠佳;1例複視僅部分矯正;2例齣現輕度下瞼外翻。採用MEDPOR外科種植體脩複38例,其中眼眶下壁骨摺13例;眼眶內側壁骨摺25例;術後2例眼毬內陷矯正欠佳;1例輕度下瞼外翻。兩組其餘病例眼毬內陷及複視均得到脩複,經統計學分析差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。使用脩複材料未髮現其他併髮癥。結論:羥基燐灰石複閤體和MEDPOR外科種植體均是脩複眼眶爆裂性骨摺較理想的材料,脩複效果好,併髮癥少。
목적:관찰불동적수복재료재안광폭렬성골절중교정안구내함급복시적효과。방법:대안광폭렬성골절환자68례,채용간기린회석복합체혹MEDPOR외과충식체수복안광벽폭렬성골절,관찰불동적수복재료재술후대안구내함적수복효과이급복시적완해정황。결과:68례환자중채용간기린회석복합체수복30례,기중안광하벽골절12례,안광내측벽골절18례。술후수방3개월지1년,1례안광내함교정흠가;1례복시부부분교정;2례출현경도하검외번。채용MEDPOR외과충식체수복38례,기중안광하벽골절13례;안광내측벽골절25례;술후2례안구내함교정흠가;1례경도하검외번。량조기여병례안구내함급복시균득도수복,경통계학분석차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。사용수복재료미발현기타병발증。결론:간기린회석복합체화MEDPOR외과충식체균시수복안광폭렬성골절교이상적재료,수복효과호,병발증소。
Objective:To observe the correction effect of different repair materials in orbital blowout fracture of enophthalmos and di-plopia. Methods:Hydroxyapatite complex or MEDPOR surgical implants were used respectively to repair of orbital blowout fracture wall in 68 patients with orbital blowout fracture,and observe different repair materials in postoperative for relief of the repair effect of enoph-thalmos and diplopia. Results:Hydroxyapatite complex is used to repair of orbital fracture in 30 cases,including fracture with orbital medial walls in 12 cases and 18 cases with orbital inferior walls. Postoperative following-up lasted 3 months to 1 year,1 case of orbital correction invagination,1 case of diplopia only partially correct and 2 cases with mild ectropion;MEDPOR surgical implant restoration is performed in 38 cases,including fracture with orbital medial walls in 13 cases and 25 cases with orbital inferior walls. 2 cases showed postoperative enophthalmos correction and 1 case is of mild ectropion. Two sets of the other remaining cases with enophthalmos and di-plopia were fixed;there was no significant difference based on statistics analysis ( P> 0. 05 ) . No complications are found of using re-storative materials. Conclusion:The hydroxyapatite complex and MEDPOR surgical implants are ideal materials for repairing orbital blowout fracture,and the effect is good with fewer complications.
