The process and bonding principle of air through nonwovens were introduced .The design and the formation of double-layer air through nonwovens were analyzed .The main performances of double-layer air through nonwovens in hygiene application , including thickness , density , strike through time and re-wet, were tested.The performance comparison of double-layer air through, one-layer air through, spunbond and thermal bond nonwovens were elaborated .It turn out that there were the advantages in thickness and liquid distribution for double-layer air through nonwovens .
