针对无线电能传输谐振电路的失谐问题,提出了一种“固定电容+开关管”的调谐新方法。通过开关管调节电容的导通与关断时间,等效形成一个可变电容,据此对失谐电路进行调谐,保持谐振电路在原有谐振频率下谐振。给出了开关电容调谐原理,推导了控制角与调谐范围之间的关系,并通过仿真及实验验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,开关电容调谐方法具有调节范围宽、控制方便、易于实施的特点,是无线电能传输调谐技术的一种新方法,可用于人体植入式微电子装置的无线供能中。

A novel tuning method based on switched electric device and common capacitor was proposed,which was used to tune resonance circuit for wireless power transfer.By controlling the charge and discharge time of capacitor,a variable capacitor was obtained,and the detuned circuit can be tuned at the original frequency.The relationship between the control angle and regulation range was studied and was verified by the simulations and experiments.Results show that the switched capacitor tuning has the features of wide tuning range,easy control and convenient implementation,which is a new method of turning resonance,and can be applied in wireless power transfer for human implantable micro-electronics.
