将准零刚度隔振器应用于船舶机械隔振浮筏,构造单层准零刚度隔振浮筏,建立了系统的6自由度动力学方程,利用数值方法对系统响应进行了分析,并评估了系统的隔振性能。结果表明,当激励幅值较大时,因系统刚度具有非线性,导致力传递率曲线出现跳跃现象,准零刚度隔振浮筏系统的起始频率远低于线性浮筏系统,且隔振效率远高于线性系统。进一步,利用最优时延反馈控制方法对浮筏系统实施了混沌化,对于不同激励频率均可实现混沌化,且激励频率越高越易混沌化。

Quasi-zero stiffness (QZS)isolators were applied to the vibration isolation raft for mechanical equipments of ship.A sing-layer quasi-zero stiffness raft was constructed,and the corresponding dynamic equations with six degrees of freedom were es-tablished.The structure responses were obtained through numerical simulations,and the efficiency of the raft was evaluated in terms of force transmissibility.Results show that the starting frequency for vibration isolation of the QZS raft is much lower than that of the linear raft,and the efficiency of the QZS isolator is much higher than that of the linear raft.Moreover,the QZS raft is driven to be chaotic by utilizing optimal time-delay feedback control method,which demonstrates that chaotification can be a-chieved by various excitation frequencies,and the system is more likely to be chaotified under high frequency excitation.
