目的:探讨智能化酶联免疫工作站在酶联免疫室内质量控制中的应用,是否可使酶联免疫室内质量控制得到提高。方法回顾性分析我院免疫室酶联免疫定性检测项目时每个检测板都带有弱阳性室内质量控制品,用即刻法质量控制图和 L-J 质量控制图计算此弱阳性质量控制品的 S/COV 值与标准差(s)和变异系数(CV)值的关系。每次酶联免疫检测时手工操作与 TECAN 酶联免疫工作站同时进行。通过2种方法质量控制图的弱阳性质量控制品的 S/COV 值与 s 和 CV 值的关系的比较,观察使用智能化酶联免疫工作站是否可使酶联免疫室内质量控制得到提高。结果手工操作与 TECAN 酶联免疫工作站同时进行,严格执行操作规程,对每日所得 S/COV 值与 s 和 CV 值的关系进行比较:手工操作法8个月中产生640个 S/COV 值,其中>3 s 的点有10个,TECAN 酶联免疫工作站8个月中产生640个 S/COV 值,其中>3 s 的点有8个,经 SPSS 13.0软件分析,2种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。8个月的手工法 CV 均值为16.89%,全自动法 CV 均值为15.78%。二者相差不大,全自动法的 CV 值没达到10%~15%之间。但 TECAN 酶联免疫工作站全自动法可减少人为产生的加样错误。结论智能化酶联免疫工作站可减少人为误差,但对酶联免疫室内质量控制的提高无显著意义。

Objective To study the intelligent enzymes from the workstation in the application of enzyme-linked immune indoor quality control, whether can make enzyme-linked immune indoor quality control improved. Methods Re-trospective analysis of enzyme-linked immune qualitative detection project each test plate with weakly positive indoor quality control in laboratory, by quality control with instant method and L-J quality control diagram calculating the weakly positive quality product S/COV value and standard deviation and CV value. Each testing through manual operation and TECAN enzymes from the workstation at the same time. Through two methods of quality control chart of weakly positive quality product S/COV value compared with the standard deviation and CV value relationship, observed whether using intelligent enzyme workstation could make enzyme-linked immune indoor quality control improved. Results Manual operation and TECAN enzyme free workstations at the same time, strictly carried out operation procedures, for the S/COV from daily value compared with the standard deviation and CV value relationship: manual operation for 8 months to produce 640 S/COV value, >3 s had 10 points, TECAN enzymes from the workstation produced 8 months 640 S/COV values, >3 s point had eight, the two methods had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Eight months of manual method, the mean CV of 16.89%, automatic method, the mean CV of 15.78%. Full automatic method of CV value was not up to 10% -15% . But TECAN enzymes from the workstation automatic method could reduce human error. Conclusion Intelligent enzyme workstation can reduce the human error, but the enzyme-linked immune indoor quality control is not improving.
