为了在整车研发过程中更有效地进行动力总成的优化匹配,本文基于发动机试验台架,利用dSPACE实时仿真系统和车辆实时动力学模型,建立了发动机在环测试系统,把实物发动机作为整个测试系统的动力源,以消除由于发动机燃烧过程的复杂性而引起的仿真误差,保证了汽车动力性和燃油经济性测试的精确性。试验结果表明,发动机在环测试系统能达到与道路试验相近的测试精度,为整车研发过程提供了有效的试验手段和数据支持,可大大降低开发费用,缩短开发周期,避免不可逆的设计缺陷。

For improving the effects of power train optimization and matching in the process of vehicle de-velopment, based on engine test bench and utilizing dSPACE real-time simulation system and real-time vehicle dy-namics model, an engine in-the-loop ( EIL) test system is built. With real engine as the power source of whole test system, the simulation error due to the complexity in engine combustion process are eliminated, and the measure-ment accuracies of vehicle power performance and fuel economy are assured. The test results show that the engine EIL test system can achieve a test accuracy close to that of road test, provide effective means of testing and data sup-ports, reduce the cost and lead time of development and avoid irreversible design defects.
