量子点（ QDs）是一类粒径位于纳米尺度的荧光材料，因其优良的光学性质，已在化学、生物学及医学等研究领域取得了很大进展，也成为近年来发展、研究的热点。本文简述了量子点的基本特征，对不同的修饰方法做了比较，重点综述了量子点在生化分析研究领域的进展，提出了今后量子点研究的潜在方向。

Quantum Dots(QDs)is a kind of nanometer sized fluorescent material which has been used extensively in many research areas,such as chemistry,biological detection and medicine owing to its unique and excellent fluores-cence. In this article,we summarized basic characteristics and the methods of synthesis and modification of QDs. Es-pecially,the new progress of QDs and their research prospects in biochemistry analysis are also reviewed.
