针对汽车板件拉深成形后刚度不足的问题,在修边工序中利用压料芯在刚度不足区域成形加强筋,然后经整形复原其设计形状,提高了板件的塑性变形量,从而达到提高板件刚度的目的,为类似板件的工艺设计提供了一种思路。
針對汽車闆件拉深成形後剛度不足的問題,在脩邊工序中利用壓料芯在剛度不足區域成形加彊觔,然後經整形複原其設計形狀,提高瞭闆件的塑性變形量,從而達到提高闆件剛度的目的,為類似闆件的工藝設計提供瞭一種思路。

In order to solve the insufficient stiffness problem of automobile metal sheet af-ter drawing, the reinforcing rib was shaped in insufficient stiffness zone by using adden-dum core in the trimming process; and then the sizing was carried out to restore to the de-sign shape in which the plastic deformation value of the metal sheet was increased.
