目的:建立桐油中重金属元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱( ICP-MS)检测方法。方法采用硝酸、双氧水、高氯酸消解法处理样品,用ICP-MS测定桐油中的12种重金属元素。结果12种重金属元素的检出限在0.0008~0.4746μg/L之间,样品回收率在88.9%~108.0%,方法精密度( RSD)为0.3%~7.8%。结论方法简便、快速、准确,可作为桐油中重金属元素含量检测方法。

Objective To develop a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS) method for the determination of heavy metal element in the tung oil .Methods The samples were digested by nitric acid、 hydrogen peroxide and perchloric acid , then the 12 heavy metal element in the tung oil were detected by ICP-MS.Results The limit of quantification ( LOQ) were the range of 0.000 8~0.474 6μg/L for 12 elements, the recoveries were ranged from 88.9%~108.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.3%~7.8%.Conclusion This method is simple , fast, accurate, and can be used to detect the heavy metal elements in tung oil .
